Web Mail

• To login in, please use your interLink user name and password (i.e. the first part of your e-mail address, before @ilhawaii.net, @kona.net, @hilo.net, @bigisland.net, or @bigisland.com, and the password you use to dial in).
• Use the Postini Message Center to check your junk mail quarantine or change your filter settings.
• If you have a large mailbox and are having difficulty downloading all of your messages, you can use the interLink Mailbox Manager to clean out your messages. To keep your inbox small, we recommend that you disable the "leave mail on server" option in your email client (if you don't just use webmail) and make use of the spam filters at the Postini Message Center.
• DOMAIN HOSTING CUSTOMERS should continue to use the original webmail site, which is also still available at webmail.virtual.ilhawaii.net. Email to your own domain will continue to arrive and be available through that address.
• Cookies must be enabled in your web browser to log in.
• If you have aliases or personal domains that get delivered to an interLink account, you can read that mail here, but make sure to log in with your real user id, not any of your aliases.
• Browser Compatibility: This system works best with newer web browsers, like Firefox or Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer. If you have an older version of Netscape, we suggest that you disable style sheets (uncheck Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Enable style sheets).
